AlbertJ. "Ab" Daly III, 68 of Topsfield, formerly of Melrose, died Wednesday June 30, 2004 at the Lahey Clinic inBurlington. Mr. Daly was born October 1, 1935 in Boston, MA, son of the late Albert J. Daly, Jr. and Pauline A. (Moran) Daly. Mr. Daly was a graduate of Somerville High School.He received his Master of Arts in Teaching from Salem State College and his Certificate of Advance Graduate Studies from the University of Connecticut.He was a teacher in the Wakefield Public School system for 40 years.
Albert was the brother of Paul W. Daly and his wife Patty of Melrose, Barbara J. Mikalosky and her husband Danny of Melrose, Keith Daly of Malden, Stephen D. Daly and his wife Jackie of Danville, VT and Janice L. Megyesy and her husband Jim of Topsfield.He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Friday, July 2 at 12 noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 PM.Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody, MA. Gifts in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose.
