March 19, 1920 in Melrose, son of the late Albert V. and Ruth (McIntyre) Guarente.
Mr. Guarente grew up in Everett and had resided in Melrose since 1944.He worked
30 years for Raytheon as a Commercial Artist.He was in the US Navy V5 Program during WWII.
Husband of Elizabeth (Carr) "Bette" Guarante.Father of Bill Guarente of Acton and
Susan E. Regan and her husband Robert of Melrose.Brother of Ralph T. Guarente of Port
Charlotte, FL.Grandfather of James P. Regan and his wife Leea and Thomas M. Regan
and his wife Valerie, all of Melrose, Daniel S. Guarente and his wife Julie of Concord,
NH, Michael R. Guarente of Lexington, KY, Timothy J. Guarente of Brattleboro, VT and
Thomas S. Guarente of Franklin, NH.Great-grandfather of Nicholas Guarente of
Concord, NH and Katie Regan of Melrose.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Wednesday,
April 16 at 8AM.Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church (corner of Herbert and Myrtle Sts.)
Melrose at 9AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday
