She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred J. Barnes. She leaves a daughter, Barbara J. Renzullo and her husband John of Melrose; two grandchildren, Matthew and Juliette Renzullo. She also leaves a dear friend, Isabelle Minkel of Middleboro. She was born in Canton, daughter of the late Alfred B. and Harriet (Lewis) Martin.
Mrs. Barnes was a lifelong resident of Canton. She was a member of the Grange and supported and volunteered at the Food Pantry and was supporter of the Canton Police and Fire Departments.
Funeral Services will be private. Interment will be in Canton Corner Cemetery, Canton. Memorial gifts in Alyce's name may be made to St. Charles Children's Home, 19 Grant Street, Rochester, New Hampshire 03867.Arrangements by the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE.
