Audrey P. Duggan, 56, a registered nurse died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Lumberton, North Carolina on Saturday October 23, 2004. Audrey was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia February 4, 1948. Audrey was a previous long time resident of Wakefield before moving to Florida 7 years ago.Audrey was a nurse at the JB Thomas Hospital in Peabody for over 10 years.She graduated from the Chelsea Soldiers Home School of Nursing and the Somerville Hospital School of Nursing. Audrey served in the US Army and attained the rank of Captain while in the Army Reserves. Audrey was the daughter of the late VirginiaA. Duggan. Mother of Shane P. Duggan of Edgewater, FL and grandmother of Shane P. Duggan Jr. of Edgewater, FL. Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE Friday November 5, 2004 at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 10 - 11 AM.
Interment will be in Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
