Barbara L. Foss
Barbara was bornin Melrose, daughter of the late Walter L. Olson and Verna L. (Newcomb) Olson.
Mrs. Foss was a graduate of Melrose High School, class of 1950.She excelled in many varied interests as she was an accomplished oil painter and ice skater.She also loved to garden and enjoyed spending time with animals.She was also an avid bowler for many years.
Barbara was the beloved wife of 55 years to former Melrose Alderman Kenneth L. Foss. Loving mother of Karen L. Martin and her husband, Bruce of Land O' Lakes, FL, Kevin L. Foss and his wife, Chris and Mark L. Foss, all of Melrose, and Katrina L. Foss and her husband, Denis Tremblay of Windham, NH.Barbara was the dear sister of Wayne A. Olson and his wife, Debbie of Melrose, and the late Walter L. "Sonny" Olson, Jr.and his wife Cynthia of Melrose. She isalso survived by 7 loving grandchildren.
