Bertha E. Wallace
Mrs. Wallace was a life-long resident of Melrose. She was a graduate of Melrose High School and Burdett Business School. Mrs. Wallace was a secretary for the Chesley Insurance Agency and later an employee of the Christian Book Store, both in Malden.
Mrs. Wallace was a faithful member of Faith Evangelical Church of Melrose (Melrose Advent Christian) for 77 years where, for many of those years, she was the organist, leader of the junior choir and teacher of Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.She was also a member of Melrose Women's Republican Club and the 200 Club and engaged in ministry at Tuell Nursing Home, McKenzie Nursing Home and Melrose Care Center.
Bertha was the wife of the late Willard M. Wallace.Bertha leaves 11 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial Service at the Faith Evangelical Church, 200 Franklin St., MELROSE,Thursday June 19 at 11:00 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.Visiting hours in the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE Wednesday, 4-8 PM.

Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington, MA
