Bruce B. Oliver
Bruce was born June 21, 1936 in Melrose, a son of the late Chester V. Oliver and Marcia H. (Boardman) Oliver.
Bruce was raised and educated in Melrose.For 11 years, he worked as Project Technician at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.Mr. Oliver loved playing, singing and writing music.He played the guitar, organ, piano and drums.Bruce had many visionary and creative ideas in a variety of scientific fields.He was a US Army veteran and a nature lover.
He was the beloved husband of Adelyn (Jones) Oliver with whom he shared 45 years of marriage.Dear brother of Inez C. Ward, Mary A. Nunley, William H. Oliver, Sr., and the late Edward F., and Chester V. Oliver, Jr.Bruce is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
