76, of Melrose, died Thursday August 26, 2004 at the Harborside Healthcare in Wakefield.Carl was born May 8, 1928 in Melrose, son of the late Carl A. Behrle Sr. and Phyllis (LeFave) Behrle.
Carl was born and raised in Melrose.He and his wife, Rosemary, had shared 56 years of marriage.Carl was a Billing Specialist for General Electric at Wellington Circle in Medford for 46 years.He was an Auditor for AARP, Chapter 1124 in Melrose.Carl was an avid golfer at Mount Hood Golf Course in Melrose.He was a jazz enthusiast and one of his loves was photographing football games for the benefit of the team and coaches of Melrose High School and Middlebury College.Carl was also a member of the 200 Club of Melrose. Carl was the husband of Rosemary (Dupill) Behrle.Father of David Behrle and his wife Brenda of Stoneham, Patricia A. Carriere and her husband Stephen of Wakefield, Donna M. Behrle of Melrose and Linda L. Dalton and her husband Mark of Haverhill.Brother of Janet Henry of Ballston Spa, NY. Grandfather of Christine, Stephen and Jacqui Carriere all of Wakefield.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose, Tuesday, August 31 at 9 AM.Funeral Mass in the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM.
Interment will be in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose, MA. Arrangements by Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose, MA.
