Charles William Billy Lowell
of Malden, formerly of Melrose died suddenly August 5, 2004. Billy was born in Albany, NY, and graduated fromMelrose High School, class of 1986 where he served as class president.He was also a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he was on the Dean's list. Billy served in the United States Marine Corps from 1985-1989 and held the rank of Corporal E-4. Billy was the son of Helen Martin-Havel of Malden and Charles W. Lowell of Dennisport and the step son of Thomas Havel of Malden.Brother of Lorena Lowell Castricone and her husband Joseph of Vernon, VT and Jamie Lowell and his wife, Shannon of Amesbury. Uncle of Tara Castricone. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service at the Melrose Highlands Congregational Church, 355 Franklin St. Melrose, Monday August 9, 2004 at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose Sunday 2-6 PM.
