She leaves her siblings, Jay J. Baker of Melrose, Paul K. Baker and his wife, Virgianne and their children, Paul A. and Michael D. Baker, all of Boxford and Kerry B. Baker of Andover; her step-father, Carmine M. Cafasso of East Boston; numerous loving aunts, uncles & cousins of the Sheedy families and an extended family of step-siblings, nieces & nephews of the Cafasso families. Her mother, Clarie A. (Sheedy) Baker-Cafasso died in April 2000.
Claire was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Melrose and loved children and animals. She will be lovingly remembered and admired as a woman who met the challenges of disability with courage, strength and grace. Claire is very much loved and will be greatly missed.
