Constantine C. Mirageas, 76 of Malden, a retired Postal Clerk died March 9, 2004 at Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge after a brief illness.Mr. Mirageas was born and raised in Boston, and attended Boston Latin High School and also resided in Brookline.He was the son of the late Coula (Lempesis) and Christos C. Mirageas.Constantine served in the Navy during WWII and was a late member of the George K. Menhicios Post in Boston.
Constantine was the belovedhusband of Demetra (Makrys) Mirageas.Devoted father of Chris Mirageas and his wife Carol, Ann Mirageas and Kathy Perrone and her husband Jerry.Grandfather of Angelica, Jerry, Phillip Perrone, Chris Mirageas Jr. and Carla Mabee.Brother in law of George Makrys and his wife Dolores.Also survived by several other relatives and friends.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Friday, March 12 at 9:30 AM.Funeral service at the Annunciation Cathedral of Boston, (corner of Parker and Ruggles St.) Boston at 11 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully to attend.Visiting hours Thursday 4-8PM. Interment in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. Gifts in his memory may be made to the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 70 Montvale Avenue, Woburn, MA01801 or to the Annunciation Cathedral of Boston, 162 Goddard Avenue, Brookline, MA02445.
