Dominador S. Santos Iii

Dominador S. Santos III, a resident of Melrose, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, at age 75.

Dominador was born in Manila, Philippines on May 14, 1948, son of the late Dominador Santos Sr. and Emerenciana (Sulit) Santos. Raised in the Philippines, he received degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He worked for over 10 years as an Aeronautical College Instructor and over 30 years as an Aircraft Production, Control, and Maintenance Planner.

In his free time, Dominador loved reading, watching western movies, listening to Elvis Pressley, the Beatles and Frank Sinatra, and collecting replica guns and model cars and planes.

Dominador was a quiet, hard working man who served as a protector to his family. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for his generous and sweet nature, and dedication to family.

Dominador was the beloved husband of Adelia (Vinluan) Santos with whom he shared 52 years of marriage. Devoted father of Diosdado & Mary Jane, Dennis & Wilma, Adelia & Raymond, and Aileen & Jhonar. Loving brother of Estela & Tom, Elvira & Ray, Erlinda & Jose, Elsa & Arturo, Dominador Jr. & Consuelo, Diosdado & Lydia, Delfin & Mena, and Emerenciana. Cherished grandfather of Dana Madeleen, Daniel Matthew, Madison, Stefani, Sean Razly, Shannon Rae, Samantha Rayne, Andrew Jaymes, and Anthony Jaycob. Uncle of Timmy, Enoy, Erna, Jojo, Reggie, Louie, Elsie, Reg, Emer, Ryan, Jocelyn, Erin, Allen, Adriene, Dodgie, Dindo, Con, Cecile, Danny, Delfin, Liza, Lyn, and Mindy.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather in honor of Dominador’s life for his Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose, on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 10am.
