Mr. Caverly was born in Somerville, May 31, 1921, son of the late Charles G. Caverly and Frances M. (MacNeil) Caverly.He served in the United States Army during WWII and was a long-time co-owner of Caverly's Restaurant in Charlestown and Cambridge.
Beloved husband of Irma(Milton) Caverly.Devotedfather of Richard M. Caverly and his wife,Cathy of Stoughton and Donna M. Haynes and her husband Stephen of Holliston. Brother of the late Charles H. Caverly.Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth S. C. Haynes, Stephen D. Haynes Jr., Michael C. Haynes, Danelle K. Haynes, Jeffrey A. Haynes and Valerie A. Haynes.
Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSEMonday October 3at11 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
