Doris E. Gray
Born on July 22, 1945 in Melrose, Doris was one of four children of the late Robert A. and Doris M. (Marshall) Gray. She was raised in Malden where she graduated from Malden High School, Class of 1963. Doris worked for New England Telephone Company for many years in customer service, and later for Melrose-Wakefield Answering Service.
Doris was the loving and devoted mother of Sylvia A. Gray-Herman and her husband Sean of Malden. Dear sister of R. Richard Gray of Maryland, David L. Gray of MD, and Karen A. Gray of IL. Lifelong family friend of Shasha DeBarros-Carter of Malden, Jennifer Jones of Malden, and Cheryl Cousins of Lowell. Doris also leaves many extended family members, longtime friends, and her beloved grand-dog "Patches."
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather in honor of Doris for visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose, on Friday, November 4 from 4-8 PM.
