Edna C. Duane
Edna was born in Everett, November 8, 1915, a daughter of the late Charles D. Johnson and Alma Johnson.
Edna was raised in Stoneham and graduated from Stoneham High School. She was an avid bowler and was for many years the manager at Miter Biter Frame Shop in Melrose.
Edna was the loving mother of James S. Halligan and his late wife Pat Forbes Halligan of Melrose. Sister of the late Ralph Johnson, Ted Johnson, John Johnson, Carl Johnson and Lillian Stenson. Cherished grandmother of Faith, Daniel, Kenneth, Gary, Ronald and Dana. Cherished great grandmother of Daniel, Jonathan, Fallon, Megan, Alexandra, Ryan and Devin. Also survived by 1 great great grandson.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE Tuesday, February 3 at 9 AM.Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, Central St., Stoneham at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
