Edward R. Jaynes

Edward R. Jaynes, longtime resident of Lowell, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Tufts Medical Center following a short illness.  He was 70.

Born on March 21, 1952 in Chelsea, Edward was one of four children of the late Rendell Edwin and Eleanor (Goss) Jaynes.

Edward enlisted in the United States Air Force, being Honorably Discharged in 1974 as a Sergeant.

Edward was a kindhearted person who enjoyed going on adventures, especially camping with his beloved dog.

Edward will be remembered for his sense of humor and big heart.

Edward was the loving brother of David E. (Janice) Jaynes of Melrose, and the late Martin F. (Surviving Victoria) Jaynes, and Lillian (Late David) Craig.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, good friend Hari Ramos, and his beloved dog JoJo.
