Ed was born on February 19, 1938 in Attleboro, MA one of three children of the late Robert Kerr and Lucy (Manchester) Kerr.
Ed was raised in Attleboro and Wakefield. He was a Welder for the City of Melrose and the Janis Corporation in Chelsea.Ed was a member of Elk Lodge #2100 in Saugus and Am vets at Harold O. Young VFW Post #2394, Melrose.
Ed was the husband of Deborah L. (Taylor) Kerr of Melrose.Dear father of Evelyn M. Warmsley and her husband Ross of Hyannis, Sonja Mahoney and her husband John of Burleson, TX and Eric R. Kerr of Melrose.Dear brother of Marsha Patti and her husband John of Manchester, NH and the late Richard Kerr. Cherished grandfather of Angela, Hector, Olivia and Selena. Ed also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
