Miss Cole was born June 16, 1911 in Jersey City, NJ, daughter of the late Charles W. Cole and Ellen M. (Rainey) Cole.
Miss Cole was a 1932 graduate of Wellesley College.She served as a Lt. Junior Grade in the United States Navy during WWII.She had worked for the Old Colony Trust Company and the First National Bank of Boston where she was an Assistant Vice President and had also worked at Wellesley College.She attended the First Baptist Church of Melrose.
She was the Cousin of Charles E. Burks of Tacoma, WA.
