Elizabeth M. "Betty" Sidmore
Betty was born in Melrose, February 17, 1922, daughter to William I. Scarborough and Alice (Babcock) Scarborough.
Betty was a retired Nursery School Teacher, a life long resident of Melrose, graduating from Melrose High School and a long time active member of the First Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School Secretary for several years.
Betty was the beloved wife of 61 years to the late Stuart F. "Sid" Sidmore. Loving mother of Richard A. Sidmore and his wife Brenda of Melrose and the late Stuart F. Sidmore Jr. and his wife Janet of New London, NH. Sister of the late William I. Scarborough, Jr.Cherished grandmother of Suzanne Walters, Steven Sidmore, Rick Sidmore, Christopher Sidmore, Jeffrey Sidmore, Daniel Sidmore and 9 great grandchildren.
