Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" (Hunt) Webber, of Stoneham, passed away on March 5, 2009 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House.She was 91 years old.

Mrs. Webber was born April 6, 1917, a daughter of the late John N. C. and Miriam A. (Board) Hunt.

Elizabeth was raised and educated in Gloucester and graduated from Salem Hospital School of Nursing in 1938.She worked as a registered nurse for many years at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, the Middlesex Fells Nursing Home, and Massachusetts General Hospital in the Phillips House. Betty served her country during WWII in the US Army and was a longtime member of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Stoneham.

Betty was the beloved wife of the late Ralph F. Webber and George W. Robbins.Loving mother of Stephen J. Robbins and his wife Denise of N. Reading.Cherished grandmother of Scott D. Robbins and his wife Andrea of S. Hadley and Jonathan A. Robbins of N. Reading. Dear aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Monday, March 9 at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours on Sunday from 2 - 6 PM.
