Ellen M. Queally, of Stoneham and formerly a resident of Wakefield, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Life Care Center of Stoneham.She was 91 years old.
Ellen was born on March 26, 1919 in Malden, one of five children of the late Robert F. Queally and Mary Ann (Henzie) Queally.She was raised in Malden and graduated from Malden High School..For many years, she worked as the restaurant manager for the Statler-Hilton Hotel in Boston.She also worked in the Spry Kitchen where she created recipe books.Ellen was the dear sister of the late Mary Murphy, Genevieve A. Tully, John J. Queally, and Robert F. Queally.She was the loving sister-in-law of Catherine Queally of Melrose.She also leaves her dearly devoted and loving friends, Alicia McKenney of Reading and Joseph and Rosemary Dennehy of Wakefield.
Graveside Service at Forest Glade Cemetery, Lowell St., Wakefield, on Tuesday, August 31 at 10:30 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
