She worked at Stone and Webster Engineering in Boston as a Clerk for 14 years until her retirement.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Melrose.
Wife of the late Hayson G. Penney. Mother in law of Edna L. Penney of Wolfeboro,NH. Mother of the late Sterling C. Penney and Tracy Nickerson. Mother in law of the late Phyllis Nickerson. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 29 great great grandchildren and 4 great great great grandchildren. Grandmother of the late Laura and Wayne Penney, Marilyn and Gary Nickerson.
Graveside service at Wyoming Cemetery, Sylvan St. Melrose Friday Aug. 22 at 12:00 noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
