Mrs. Missick was born June 1, 1924 in Revere, daughter of the late Michael Butt and Deliliah (Noel) Butt.
Florence worked as an assembler with Automatic Radio in Melrose and at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital as a Nurses aide. Florence was also an avid knitter.
Mrs. Missick was the beloved wife of 64 years to Andrew Missick.Mother of Steven A. Missick and wife, Gail of Medford, Peter M. Missick and wife, Priscilla Fitzgerald Missick of N. Reading and Denise L. Keefe and fiance, Ken Artz of Melrose. Mother-in-law of the late William F. Keefe. Grandmother of Amy and Chris Hannon, Jessie and Noel Camelio, Billy Keefe and fianc?e, Cheryl Westcott, Jon and Theresa Fitzgerald and Jodi and Matt Simpson. Great grandmother of Andrew, Isabella, Keely, Jack, Nicole, Lydia and Raya. Sister of the late Liza and Lester Johnson, Lillian and John Rollston, Elsie and Charles Dickie, and the late Joseph Butt and his wife, Margie of NH. Florence is also remembered by many nieces and nephews.
