Frances Fran Burns
Mrs. Burns worked as a nurses aide for a nursing home for many years. She was a resident of Melrose since 1976. She was affectionately known as a Caregiver and truly enjoyed spending time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to yard sales. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert A. Burns. She is survived by her 3 children, Daniel A. Burns, Kenneth R. Burns and Ashley M. Philips all of Melrose; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Brousseau of Chelsea, Ruth Frost of Bedford and 2 brothers, Joseph and Robert Bulman. Her funeral will be held from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Monday, Oct. 17 at 8AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, corner of Herbert and Myrtle St., Melrose at 9AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2-5PM.
Interment will be in the VA National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. Arrangements by Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose, MA.
