George W. Newhall
Newhall. He was a resident of Brewster for the past 20 years, he previously was a long
time resident of Melrose, and also resided in Boxford, MAand Wolfeboro, NH. He was a graduate of Melrose High School and Northeastern University.
Mr. Newhall was the Owner of Newhall Shoe Store in Melrose for over 40 years
retiring in 1983.
He was a member of the Melrose Rotary, a former Board member at Mass Bank in
Melrose and the Brewster Mens Club.
He was the husband of the late Isabel (Wentzell) Newhall. Father of Peter G.
Newhall and his wife Bonnie of Reading, Paul E. Newhall and his wife Lisa of
Merrimack, NH and Susan "Susie" Newhall of Brookline, NH. Brother of the late Ruth
Schroers and Hazel Flanders. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Interment in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
