Gil Vieira
Gil was born in Sao Miguel, Azores on September 15, 1935, son of the late Manuel Vieira and Maria (Soares) Vieira. He was raised in Portugal.
Gil was the beloved husband of Laudalina (Simas) Vieira.He was the loving father of Ana M. Salemi and her husband Anthony of Melrose. Cherished grandfather of Ariana L. Salemi of Melrose.Dear brother of Antonietta Sena, Lourdes Rios, Lidia Lopes, Fatima Vieira, Luzia Vieira, Manuel Vieira, Carlos Vieira all of Revere, Valsmira Pacheco of Burlington, Carminha Cabrito of Medford, Yvonne Galvao of Somerville and Eduardo Vieira of Arlington.Gil also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Monday April 27 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in honor and remembrance of Gil in St. Mary's Church, Herbert St., Melrose at 10 AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Sunday from 2-6PM.
