He was an excitable guy, always willing to share whatever thought crossed his mind often with a cheer and laugh. He was an enthusiastic and vocal supporter of his favorite player "Tom Brady #12" and wrestler Hulk Hogan. He loved dancing, and music especially anything by Michael Jackson or Bruce Springsteen.

Chipper enjoyed his time working at the Heritage in Peabody and doing activities with friends at Northeast Arc in Danvers. With his mother, Chipper took a trip to Las Vegas once a year to take in the sights and play the slots. Chipper loved socializing with his family and anyone else he came into contact with. His family supported his love of life and enjoyed the ride along with him. He will be lovingly remembered for his ever present enthusiasm and his big heart.
He was the cherished son of the late Sumner "Wink" Marks and Amelia "Chickie" Marks. Cherished brother of Ruth Johnston and her husband Kevin, who was a best buddy to Chipper, of Wakefield. Beloved uncle of Kimberly Minor and her husband Christopher of Lynnfield, and the late Eric Johnston and his surviving wife Jillian of Denver, CO. Loving great-uncle of Victoria and Connor Minor.
