Helen L. Reardon
Her husband, Joseph P. Reardon died April 20, 2000. She leaves her daughters, Susan R. Curry and her husband William of Newburyport and Jane R. Gehrig and her husband Joseph of Winchester. She was the devoted and loving grandmother of Alexandra, Grace, and Claudia Curry, Joseph, Matthew and Marisa Gehrig. She also leaves a sister Jean Lofgren of Sweden, Maine and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Phyllis Basford.
Helen was born in Chelsea on September 27, 1926 daughter to the late Clifford L. and Reseda (Young) Diamond.She graduated from Melrose High School and Penn Hall in Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Reardon worked in the loan services department at the former Homeowner's Savings Bank & Loan Association in Boston.
She was a member of Kappa Delta Psi in Melrose.
