Hope A. Northrup
Mrs. Northrup was born May 19, 1909 in Livermore Falls, ME, daughter of the late Alonzo Campbell and Stella (Wentworth) Campbell.
Mrs. Northrup was a 66 year resident of Melrose and a secretary for 20 years at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She was a member of the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital Auxillary and a long-time member of the Green Street Baptist Church. Hope, for many years was also was a member of the Melrose Community Associates.
Hope was wife of the late Melbourne L. Northrup.Mother of Carol E. Keegan and her husband Vincent of Deltona, FL and Charles L. Northrup of Mount Dora, FL.Sister of Robert W. Barr of Deltona, FL.Also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service at the Green Street Baptist Church, 179 Green St., Melrose, Friday, June 4 at 11AM.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose Thursday 6-9 PM. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose, MA.
