Mr. Ragutshteyn was born in Azerbaijan on October 19, 1932, son of the late Izrail Ragutshteyn and Tatiana (Fleshler) Ragutshteyn. He had worked many years as an electrical Engineer and was a Melrose resident for the past 11 years.
Beloved husband of Galina (Sukonkina) Ragutshteyn of Melrose.Loving father of Mikhail Ragutshteyn and Irina Ragutshteyn, both of Malden and Larisa Baryudina of Hopkinton.Brother of David Ragutshteyn, and the late Tilia Kot and Maria Fleshler. Grandfather of Leonid, Yefim and Evelina-Maria.
