James S. Cook
Jim was born July 1, 1960 in Melrose and was raised in Melrose and Wakefield.He worked for Toyota North America for 10 years. He loved playing hockey with his children.Jim was a family man and loved spending time with his children and animals. He was a veteran of the United States Navy serving on the USS Tarawa and the USS Midway.
Jim was the beloved husband of Melissa Leanne (Matoy) Cook and the former husband of Lisa Cook. He was the devoted father of Jason, Jamie, Trevor and Brendon all of California. Cherished son of Patricia (Landon) Cook of Humble, TX and the late Thomas F. Cook. Cherished adopted son of Joan Polleys of Melrose. Dear brother of Barbara Ngtang of Houston, TX and the late Thomas Cook.
