James C. O'Brien, 60 of Stoneham died at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on Friday morningMay 13, 2005. He was born in Cambridge, March 9, 1945, son of the late James C. O'Brien and Domicelia (Kondratavitch) O'Brien. Mr. O'Brien was a graduate of Somerville High School and he received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University.He was a ContractManager for the Department of Defense at General Electric in Lynn for many years.Jim was very active with Boy Scout Troup 546 at St. Patrick's Church in Stoneham. He had served in the National Guard and Army Reserves and was a member of the Malden Anglers. Jameswas the devotedhusband of Margaret (Walsh) O'Brien and the loving father of Kathleen A. Murray and her husband Robert P. of Lynnfield, Michael D. O'Brien of Jamaica Plain, Christopher J. O'Brien and his fianc?e, Melissa H. Newman of Andover and Timothy P. O'Brien of Stoneham.Devoted Brother of William J. O'Brien of Mnt.Pleasant, SC, Thomas J. O'Brien of Merrimack, NH and Karen A. Trahan of Somerville.Loving grandfather of Sean M. Murray, Caitlin R.
