Joseph A. Tomassi
He is survived by his children, Jo-Ellen Kuhlman, Jacqueline Tomassi and William Tomassi, all of Saugus, Jill Bond of Winchester and Joy Hudson of Wakefield; three sisters, Jeanette Laganos of Colorado, Katherine Tomassi of Everett, Angela Tomassi of Saugus and the late Toni Raines. He was the grandfather of six. He was born in Boston on October 27, 1932 to the late Andrew and Stella (Clemente) Tomassi. He was U.S. Air Force Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict.
Joe worked as a color technician photographer for AVCO Missiles Defense Center in Wilmington. He later worked as a cab driver at Malden Cab Company. He played in local softball leagues for many years.
