Justin Alfred Diamond, of Lynn and Melrose, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 3, 2013, at age 21.
Justin was born on August 13, 1992 in Melrose, and raised in Lynn and Melrose.He attended Lynn English High School and Lynn Classical High School where he graduated in 2009.He received an Abigail Adams Scholarship and attended North Shore Community College for two years. Justin was planning to attend Babson College in the Spring to study business and looking forward to playing on the tennis team.
Justin was an accomplished and ambitious young man with many passions and hobbies. He spent much of his free time collecting, repairing, and designing gold jewelry.An automotive enthusiast, he spent the past two years investing all of his time and money in rebuilding a classic Saab from the ground up.His incredibly proud family and many good friends will miss him terribly and his memory will live on with them.
Justin was the cherished son of Vivian L. (DiCarlo) Diamond and Dennis J. Diamond.Beloved brother of Jason G. Diamond.Devoted grandson of Genevieve DiCarlo, the late Alfred DiCarlo, the late Mildred Diamond, and the late George Diamond.Dear nephew of Alfred DiCarlo, Deborah Diamond, and Roberta Diamond.Loving cousin of Jennifer E. DiCarlo, and many extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends will gather in honor of Justin's life during visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose on Thursday, November 7 from 4-8PM, and again on Friday morning at 9:00 AM before leaving in procession Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM.Interment in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
