Lawrence J. Larry Scoboria, 83 a life long resident of Melrose died Tuesday evening, May 10, 2005 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Larry served in the US Marines during WWII and he was a machinist for the Simplex Wire & Cable Company in Cambridge. Larry was the husband of the late Lorene (Schwarzer) Scoboria and the brother of the late Geraldine Scoboria, Mildred Barron, Frank Scoboria, Dorothy Keohan and Marion Scoboria.Uncle of Karen L. Kiley and her husband Chris of Saugus, Joyce A. Abramson of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, Stephen F. Keohan and his wife, Karen of Melrose and John Scoboria of North Reading. Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE, Saturday, May 14 at 8 AM. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church,(corner of Myrtle & Herbert Street)Melrose at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 PM. Interment will be in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
