Leonard T. Hanson
Hanson. He was a resident of Melrose for most of his life and previously resided
in Malden.
He and his brothers were the owners and operators of Hanson Chevrolet Dealership
in Malden for over 30 years until his retirement.
He was a member of the Lynn YMCA, AARP and enjoyed Boating and Golfing. He
was an avid Red Sox Fan. A member of the former Automotive Bowling League and the
Senior Citizen League at the Lynn Bowl a Dome.
He was the husband of the late Gertrude E. (Francis) Hanson and Margaret
(Sweeney) Hanson. Father of Lorraine K. Coyne and her husband John of Westford,
Marilyn S. Therrien and her husband Norman of Bedford,NH, Norman R. Hanson and his
wife Ann of Sanford,FL and the late David L. and Kenneth P. Hanson. Brother of Marion
Jackson of CT and the late Harold , Richard, William and Robert G. Hanson and Mabel
Erikkson. Also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 PM.
Interment in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
