Linda M. LaFarge, of Malden, passed away at the Emerson Hospital in Concordon Friday, March 14, 2014, at age 61.
Linda was born in Chelsea, one of five daughters of Edna G. (Duggan) LaFarge and the late Leo C. LaFarge.She was raised and educated in Malden.Linda was a loving and caring mother, daughter, and sister.She cherished her two sons, and always put them first.She loved music and lavender (the color and the smell).
With the support of many wonderful family members, and friends, Linda encountered many challenges stemming from her mental health during her life. Throughout her difficulties, her love and devotion to her family remained steadfast. She was appreciative of the help she received and relied on her own spirituality through various times. Above all else, her love for her sons, Frank and Jason, and her family members, remained close to her heart.
She was the beloved mother of Frank X. Addonizio of Medford, and Jason J. Palani of Malden.Cherished daughter of Edna (Duggan) LaFarge and the late Leo C. LeFarge. Devoted sister of Judy A. Sinclair of Peabody, Carol A. Ciacera and her husband Charles of Middleton, Patricia A. LaFarge of Malden, and Diane M. Alexander and her husband Glenn of Reading. Loving grandmother of Asar Palani. Also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
Relatives and friends will gather in remembrance of Linda's life during visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose on Tuesday, March 18 from 9-11AM, followed by her Funeral Service celebrated at 11AM. Interment will follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
