She leaves her husband of 44 years, Joseph J. Lima. Mother of Brian Lima and his wife Gail of Haverhill, John Rowe and his wife, Mary of Jensen Beach, Florida and William Rowe and his wife Julie of Reading. Sister of Ruth Bernardy of Washington. She also leaves 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Lorraine was born in Boston, daughter of the late John and Lillian (Davis) Johnston and lived in Medford for many years and Malden over 40 years. She and her husband moved to Wilmington less than 2 years ago. She worked as an office clerk for John Hancock Insurance Company, retiring in 1991. Lorraine was a longtime member of Green Street Baptist Church in Melrose.
