Martin was born on August 2, 1947 in Chelsea, MA one of four children of the late Edwin R. Jaynes and Eleanor (Goss) Jaynes.
Paul was raised in Chelsea. He was a maintenance man at Digital for over 19 years.He loved to play miniature golf, horseshoes and fishing was his passion.
Martin was the beloved husband of Victoria (DaCruz) Jaynes with whom he shared 39years of marriage.Dear brother of Lillian Craig of North Reading, David E. Jaynes of Melrose and Edward Jaynes of Quincy.Martin also leaves many cherished nieces and nephews.
