Peggie Bielakiewicz of Melrose, formerly of Winthrop and Chelsea, passed away on Saturday evening December 6, 2008 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital following a period of declining health. She was 85 years old.
Peggie was born in Dublin, Ireland a daughter of the late Charles Holmes and Alice (O'Neill) Holmes. She was a clerk for an investment company for many years.Mary was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother and loved spending holidays with her extended family.
Mary was the loving wife of the late John J. Bielakiewicz. She was the loving and devoted mother of Paul Bielakiewicz and his wife Gerilyn of Wakefield.She was the dear sister of Christy Holmes, Dermot Holmes, Noel Holmes, Ronnie Holmes, Gertie Hynes, and the late Vera Seddon, Maurice Holmes and Pierce Holmes.Peggie adored her 3 grandchildren, Mark, Eric and Julia.
