She was born June 3, 1923 daughter to the late Frank Silvia and the late Emma (Mora) Silvia. Mary was the wife of the late John A. Bird. Mother of Sharon A. McCormack of Melrose and her late husband, John F. "Jon" McCormack and Lorraine A. Bird of Newburyport. Sister of Anthony Silvia of Dracut, the late Florence Marith, the late Anna Zagarella, and the late Leo Silvia.Grandmother of Dawn Marie McCormack. Also survived by several Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
