Mary Louise Norton
She was the beloved wife of Richard F. Norton. Mary Louise was a former resident of Cape Cod and Malden, and had worked for 32 years in the State College System for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She retired as director of financial aid after having worked at Boston State College and Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
In addition to her husband she leaves two sons Christopher Norton and his wife Robin of Hughesville, MD., Stephen Norton of Garden City, NY, and was pre deceased by a son Richard Norton. She is the sister of Arthur G. Ells, Kathleen A. Strong and the late Harry R. Ells, Thomas F. Ells, Theresa Ells and Nancy C. Turczyn. and grandmother of Christopher, Brian, Catherine, Joshua, Benjamin, Leah and the late Andrew.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose on Sunday March 26 from 2-5 pm, and for a Funeral Mass at the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden on Monday at 10am. Interment will be in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. In lieu of flowers gifts in her memory may be made to the VNA Hospice House, 901 37th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960.
