She was born November 5, 1937 in Everett, daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Fitzgerald) Bailey. Mrs. Santoro was a graduate of Everett High School. She was a resident of Stoneham for the past 7 years and previously resided in Wakefield.
Mrs. Santoro worked with her husband to run their insurance business out of their home for several years.
She was an active communicant at St. Patricks Church in Stoneham where she also was an usher and greeter.
Wife of Robert J. Santoro with whom she shared 43 years of marriage. Mother of James A. Santoro of Stoneham and David J. Santoro of Bedford. Sister of Ralph Bailey of Orlando, FL, Margaret Moore of Lynnfield and Janet Connely of Braintree. Grandmother of Jessica Marie Santoro, Jessica Marie Durland, Robert David Santoro and Brittany Lynn Santoro.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose Thursday December 18 at 10 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Patricks Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 11 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 pm. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
