Michael Arthur "Mac" Cronin, 66 of Malden died at home Saturday July 10, 2004 after a brief illness. "Mac" was born in Medford, October 13, 1937, son of the late Katherine (Hart) Cronin and Michael J. Cronin. Michael was raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School.For 27 years "Mac" was a UPS driver for local 25 Teamsters.He served in the Army during Vietnam.
Michael Arthur "Mac" was the husband of the late Marjorie R. (MacLeod) Cronin."Mac" was the brother of Kathleen M. "Kay" Poole and her husband Charlie of Summit, NJ, John J. Cronin and his wife Fran of Moultonboro, NH, Edward M. Cronin and his companionBernice McGuinness of Medford. "Mac" was the brother in law of George Graham MacLeod and his wife Marion of Ipswich, Drew MacLeod and his wife Nancy of Melrose and Betty Macleod of Melrose.Also survived by several nieces, nephews and Mac's friend, Barbara Denney of Haverhill.
Funeral from the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. MELROSE Tuesday July 13, 2004 at 8:30 AM.Funeral Mass at St. Clement's Church, Warner St. Somerville at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM. Interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Member of Local 25 Teamsters.
