Nicole M. (Colanton) Blasi

Nicole M. (Colanton) Blasi, resident of Beverly, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. She was 38.

Born on December 13, 1983, she was the loving daughter of Dorinda Kelly and the late Daniel Colanton, Jr. and his surviving wife, Maria Snow, and the former wife of Jeffrey E. Blasi. Nicole was the mother of Marc Graham, Jr., Lilliana Colanton, and Madix Colanton.

She grew up in Saugus graduating from Saugus High School. As a young girl, Nicole cheered for Saugus Pop Warner and enjoyed gymnastics at the YMCA. She was considered the life of the party; and always there to lend a helping hand. She was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

You could always find her with a Dunkin Donuts cup in her hand and her nails beautifully done. Nicole loved doing nails and attended cosmetology school. She had a passion for baking and was a true baker at heart. She considered it an art and was meticulous in even the smallest details. Nicole had a knack for baking cakes and enjoyed creating themed cakes for family and friends. If you had a party planned, her first question was "do you need a cake?!"

Nicole will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Nicole was the stepsister of Shana Kelly and Robert Kelly, Jr. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents; Daniel Colanton, Sr., and his late wife Frances, her maternal grandparents; Richard and Madeline White, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At this time there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Contributions in Nicole’s memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA. 02284-9168.
