Mrs. Everitt was born December 2, 1910 in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Mrs. Everitt came to the United States in 1928 at the age of 18.She had previously lived in Stoneham since 1948.She worked as a manager for AETNA Insurance for many years. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church in Malden and a past-president of the Women's' Society at the Church.
Husband of the late James R. Everitt.Mother of Robert D. Everitt and his wife Jean of Nashua, NH.Grandmother of Cheryl D. Miller, Steven J. Everitt, David W. Everitt, Charee Stanton, Robert B. Everitt and Karen P. Gallitano.Also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St. Melrose.A private funeral service will be held.
