Richard J. Cusato
Richard was born in Melrose, October 4, 1937, son of the late Ralph and Anne (Storti) Cusato.
He was a life-long resident of Wakefield and was a self-employed painting contractor. He attended the Wakefield Public Schools and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
Richard was the father of Richard J. Cusato, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and Christine "Angel" Rogers of S. Bennington, VT.He was the brother of Gloria Surrette of Burlington, Edward of, NY, Elizabeth Hawkins of OH, Robert of Melrose, Ronald of Peabody, David of Stoneham and the late Geraldine Wood, Sandra Gaddis, John, Joseph, Ralph, Arthur and Donald Cusato. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Florence Church, Butler Ave., Wakefield Saturday August 20 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.Visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., MELROSE Friday 5-9PM. Interment will be in the Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield, MA. In lieu of flowers gifts in his memory should be sent to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA01701.
