Richard S. Weld
Richard was born in Boston on May 20, 1940, one of four children of the late Frederick C. Weld and Anne D. (Sutton) Weld. Raised and educated in Lincoln, Richard worked for Honeywell for many years.He had a keen interest in technology with a great knowledge of computers and cars.An inventor, Richard was always on the lookout for something to fix, tinker or create. He was musically inclined, had an interest in photography, and played the guitar. Selfless and kind, Richard was always ready to help someone and often helped care for stray animals.
Richard was the loving brother of Annette Swain and her husband Kenneth of Topsfield, Winthrop D. Weld of Wells, ME and the late Paula G. Coye.Also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held. Interment in Lowell Cemetery, Lowell.
