Scott M. Allenshepski, resident of Taunton and formerly of Hyde Park, passed away peacefully at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at age 58.
Scott was born in Anchorage, Alaska, on June 22, 1964, one of four children of the late John J. and Catherine A. (Murray) Allenshepski. A graduate of the Boston School for the Deaf, Scott enjoyed his life to the fullest and had a large circle of friends that were dear to his heart.
Scott was a sweet and loving man with a soft spot for all animals. He was never without a pet, enjoyed his cats and dogs and was happiest at home surrounded by the love of his animals and friends. He was caring, generous, and thought of others first. The constant support and love he received from those in the deaf community will always be remembered by his family. May he rest in peace.
Scott was the beloved brother of Mary DiCarlo and her husband Salvy, John Allenshepski, and Robert Allenshepski. Caring uncle of Joseph, Andrew and Nina DiCarlo and Jake Allenshepski. He is also survived by his lifelong friend Gerard Trafton of Taunton, and many loving cousins, extended family, and friends.
Services for Scott will be held privately. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, W. Roxbury. Gifts to honor Scott’s life can be made to Paws With A Cause, 4646 Division, Wayland MI 49348, www.pawswithacause.org For online tribute visit RobinsonFuneralHome.com
