Mrs. Harris was born July 17, 1928 in Malden, daughter of the late George A. Peters and Edith E. (Languill) Peters.
Ginny was born, raised and educated in Malden. She graduated from Malden High School, Class of 1946.She was a long-time very active member of the First Baptist Church of Melrose.She loved knitting, reading, and especially loved baking thousands of Christmas cookies for her family and friends throughout the holiday season.
Ginny Harris was the beloved wife of the late Charles Harris, Jr.Devoted mother of Russell A. Harris of Medford, Edward R. Harris and Kenneth G. Harris, both of Melrose, Cheryl A. Harris of Elyria, OH, Deborah L. Kidder and her husband, Joseph of Lorain, OH, and the late Randy C. Harris. Loving sister of Lorraine Wilson and her husband, Phillip of Belmont, NH, Richard Peters and his wife, Corrine of Melrose and the late Russell Peters.Sister-in-law of Margaret Peters of Haverhill.Loving grandmother of Kaitlin Kidder, Tyler Kidder and Zachary Kidder all of Lorain, OH.
